I agree in principle but do have a small problem. Seems like many people are producing 'chips to order' depending on who wants them. IMO to some extent that devalues the collectable element of many personal chips, and would no doubt mean that many would submit numerous competition entries, many of which could be one-off chips that no one else has or could ever have.
