"The Board will have zero tolerance for the selling of altered chips to our members. We will pursue every legal remedy possible and assist our members in doing so, against everyone involved in committing this fraud. This includes expulsion from the Club, criminal charges being filed for fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud, civil lawsuits to recover damages, filing of a complaint with the United States Attorney General’s Office under the Hobby Protection Act, and a class action lawsuit on behalf of our members in Federal Court in the state of New York."
