That sounds like a sound analysis. I apologize for not deleting the "and H" I had earlier. It was part of a sentence I deleted and the "and H" was mistakenly left in. I was only adding the possibility that the fixer could under different circumstances be held liable, knowing who made the original post, if they were fixing valuable collectibles for a fee (which may include trade), which value would be increased due to the fix if it remained unknown, and the fixer knew that the fixed chips were being marketed, at least occasionally as unrepaired/unaltered chips. The fixer could then become part of a conspiracy to defraud.
