Can anyone help me on this one? there is a crest and seal chip with 49 Camp on it, attributed by Larry Eastman and others to Oakland, California. As far as I can determine, cardrooms have never been legal in Oakland. Also, it is the only chip I have heard of attributed to Oakland. Any info on this will be appreciated.
