Last night was rough. I cant imagine what it would be like had the hurricane actually hit us head on. Winds 100 miles away from the center were pretty intense. Since we have several very large trees in ours and our neighbors yard we were most afraid of those and didnt get any sleep as we kept hearing the branches hit the roof.

Here is our backyard from a picture I just took. From what I hear the worst winds are over (Though you couldnt gess it by the gusts still happening). Next we get pounded with anywhere from 5-20 inches of rain throughout the day.

Power can go out again at any time (Been out all night.

Other than that we are safe and the supplies are holding up well.

These branches came waaaaaay to close to the house for comfort. Our back fence didnt fare as well.
