Terry...Did you see were an Attorney(same attorney that took the tobbaco industry to court) from MS, is taking allstate to court because they are saying that it is flood damage. The insurance companies are all covering their butts, else they are out of business. As he said, Noah had a flood, this was not a flood where he was at but wind damage and still not paying up. I realize in N.O might be different, but this does not mean all of these homes on the coasts are destroyed because of a flood.

With Rita coming through I cant even imagine what the insurance companies are going to say. I'm talking about anyone inland that gets their home destroyed because of winds.
