If you're going to wrap it in three layers of tape (like most of the items I recieve), then you want the bubbles inside, smooth side out so the tape will stick better.
I'm still trying to determine the 'CORRECT' way to hang the toilet paper, loose end on the front (my preference) or loose end on the back.
It had never even occured to me that anyone could be stupid enough to intentionally hang the toilet paper with the loose end toward the wall until a few years ago I used the toilet at my place of employment and noticed that the toilet paper was hung with the loose end toward the wall.
Knowing that it should be hung with the loose end on the front(away from the wall), I turned it around.
The next day I used the same restroom and noticed that someone had turned it loose end to the wall. I turned it around again.
This went on for three more days.
Fortunately the company went bankrupt and I was unemployed before the toilet paper war got serious.
How's that for NCR?
Odd thoughts I have.
A few days earlier I was using the same restroom. I urinated and flushed the toilet.
As I watched the yellow water swirl down the drain, it occured to me that there are many places on the planet where people walk several miles every day to get drinking water, or go without water for days at a time, and I had just pissed in three/five gallons of pure water and flushed it away.
Even more NCR?!
