I have not email you about this person but I will say that I've had problems too. He's on my list of people that I have choosen not to ever do business with again.

I do however feel that last minute sniping (or last second sniping) is nothing to hold against a person. They got their bid in within the auction time frame just like everyone else. They just bid later then others. Blame the system, not the bidder I say.
