the seller must fill out a damage claim form
he will sign it you will also have to sign it.
keep all packing materials, box ect these will have to go back to the postal claims
it takes approx 30-45 days to get the refund from the postoffice it is NOT sellers responcebilty to refund it is the postoffice
to the buyer
