I am a dealer first a collector second, after all this is my sole souce of income. I do however collect certain chips and a multitude of casino related memorabilia. I see nothing wrong with what I do. I feel that I also do a lot of research that helps this hobby. Because I truly love what I do I will probably never be rich enough to collect the way that many do so in a sense my inventory is my constantly changing collection. Do I sell chips for a profit sure!!! Do I trade with my customers and try to accomadate them in other ways? I think so ask them. If everyone were a pure collector who would than inventory the excess chips to be bought by future collectors and/or by those not able to buy them now?
