John; I viewed the link you supplied in your last post. The first item was for a Hard Rock $25 chip that sold for $25.03 ... with three of the four bids BELOW FACE VALUE. Hardly not a case for shilling.... but surely a good case for hoping to get a bargain.

The second item listed was for another $25 Hard Rock chip (Sharon Osbourne) that went for $33.75 ... probably the going price for such a chip.

All the other sales listed in the link you provided goes back to the beginning of the year ... in February ... so I couldn't view them.

If you're looking to buy chips at below face without receiving any competition as your idea of getting a bargain ... then I think you'll be an unsuccessful bidder for some time to come.
