I might have said, many have no idea what chips they have available.

NV casinos spend a lot of time and money $$$$$$$ teaching employees gaming regs and house rules. We also have to keep records proving that we gave them the training. Even I have to go through it every 3 - 6 months. Auditing and gaming both have checkers come around and ask questions.
I must admit, some get mixed up at times.
