Since one of the allegations is that some 21 games are played with certain cards removed, how would you know if you ran across this, Bob? Even a good counter would not know unless the deck/shoe were dealt to the end (which they never are). Do they spread new decks for player inspection before the first shuffle?

I'd be very leery of playing these games!
