Bob, When I was stationed in Panama from 1967-69 at Fort Clayton we used to cash our Army paychecks there for casino chips to play blackjack. They would cash the paychecks for us a day early but only for gaming chips. If we werent careful wed be broke the rest of the month! Any way, at least two hotels had casino style gambling and the Hilton was the most popular if I recall. Wish I had some from those days now! Don
