Even though the Collection Library portion of our web server is up and running, we still are in the process of getting other web sites and other applications that we host up and running.

As a result, we may need to reboot the server a few times yet today and tomorrow. So if you aren't able to hit the sites, please wait a few minutes then try again. I doubt we will have to do this much - just letting you know that we are still doing some stuff. The good news is that the long term downtime is behind us now.
