They rely on the most up to date technology (ie unverifiable tests, on 'annonymous' samples several years old, with a testing procedure already in doubt)

They do this even after that Texas boy-who almost died of cancer- has kicked their ass 7 straight times, and rolled down the streets of Paris sucking down their Champagne.
