I don't think Ebay allows that in the US (although used to be ok on Ebay.co.uk as credit card processing fees are legal, and the norm here for some industries).

Problem is that once you accept one credit card payment, Paypal charges you for ALL receipts, even those which pay using cash balances. That's the big problem, and the reason I have 2 paypal accounts. I used to specify that credit card payments had to go to a different paypal account but it seems that ain't allowed anymore!
