John, I knew Bob Butterworth when he was a store front attorney, & then was the sherrif of Broward County. Ken Jenne was a Hollywood politician in the practice of law before he moved on to take the post of sherrif. Both are nice guys, but jump at the chance to make some headlines & the evening news. Butterworth has always been a staunch anti-gambling advocate & has advised the governor about such sins when the last vote was held. I never spoke to Jenne about his feelings, but I think that he has higher aspirations in the state or federal government. I have no doubt that the raids were politically motivated, but they have a point. The day cruise industry in Florida is totally unregulated & who knows what goes on behind the counting room doors or at the tables! Rest assured that there will be boats to sail on when you come to Florida. Please allow me the pleasure of taking you aboard a few of them.
