Found that inlay name in Howard and Kregg Herz's A Collector's Guide to Nevada Gaming Checks & Chips copyright 1995. Think I found a copy in the back room at Gambler's Book Store some time ago. Doesn't ascribe the inlay to any particular maker, only that the names of the inlays they use are "based on standard terms used in the gaming industry." A nifty book that lends a peek into the hobby ten years ago!
