The CS (interlinked) chips were used in a club in Mandeville, La, across Lake Ponchatrain from New Orleans, in the 1930's-1940's. I was told this by Jean LaFluer and Steve Cohen, both chip dealers in New Orleans. It is in the Audit Ed. of TGT, 2002, on page 95, CS (or SC).
