Actually he didn't offer it to me. When I emailed him asking about his second chance offer he said he had not sent a second chance offer. He was going to notify ebay that such an offer had been made without his approval. I gave him the email address of joshua100wats@yahoo.com as that is who the second chance offer had come from.
He emailed me again to thank me for the info, so I feel he might be legit. But I would be more interested in your deal. Are you saying that you won the chip $2900 or so? And that the deal fell through? Wow this is all pretty strange.
