I have dealt with Rolando for several years. Always great communication and quality chips. You don't have to worry. If he said he shipped it out that day then it is floating around somewhere in the post office. Postal service can be iffy at times. On him not responding to your email.. he could be on vacation or having email/computer problems. Be patient.. he will make it right with you.
