Was it hand-paid ... or a TITO payout?

My point was/is that hand-paid jackpots were commonplace not too long ago ... but recently I've noticed that they are very scarce. Perhaps the increased frequency of lower payouts are making more slot players happy than the casinos paying out fewer large jackpots?
