I believe it came up about 10 or so months ago, but those are play plaques (made of card board) from a play casino game set that includes a deck of playing cards, cardboard plaques (as you have shown) and the items pictured here. I have the boxed game and the plaques are unopened, i.e., they are still in their cellephane wraps.

I picked my complete game up at a thrift store in Vegas. I sure thought it looked cool and that I would add it to my pile of casino related boxed games.
