reply email would have sufficed!
I can't believe my bonehead play on one particular hand last night. The turn card gave me a J high straight and I immediately bet 1/3 my stake! Then it dawned on me that the turn was also a third SPADE!!!!! If I am not mistaken, a flush beats a straight!
Not being much of a Omaha player, I need to ask.... (Andy, you there?). In another hand my four down cards all paired with a card on the board, through the turn. Yep, four pairs! The only other player made a very large bet in front of me and although there was not much of a flush threat, or a straight, I folded in fear of a set. A low was possible, but needed a third card. Was that probably a good move?
