I can tell you that the July, 1969 phone book lists:

Springston, Dusty...864 E. Tam O'Shanter LV 734-7612

The Silver Palace isn't listed

The 1956 phone book lists an H.C. Springston, and H.C. Jr., but neither is on Tam O'Shanter, and there's no listing for Dusty.

The Silver Palace is listed in this one (1956), but there's no mention of managers, operators, etc.

As of January, 1979, Dusty is still listed on Tam O'Shanter...for whatever it's worth.
