Since you seem to be so full of suggestions, here's one for you:
The key marked "shift" is used to create capital letters; we use them at the beginning of sentences and for names...try it sometime.
Also, you should really learn to spell.
Your constant complaining isn't getting you any votes of sympathy here. This is not the way to get anything accomplished.
