Need your help chippers. My daughter may be getting her belly button pierced during the convention. Does anyone know where in Vegas it is done? I've been surfing the web for places, minimum age requirement, etc..., but have found nothing. I thought maybe the tatoo parlor at the Palms, but found no info on their website. Any recommendations?
