John, go to the site below for BJ strategy charts. Customize it for # of decks, hit or stand on soft 17, etc., then produce and print the charts you want.
(If you still want a Win Card chart, though, let me know. I need to dig it out, but I think I've got one around here somewhere, and you can have it for free if you still need it.)
