Yes, dirt can be cleaned, but you can't change the wear condition of a chip. They are worth more the $50. I paid much more, but for perfect (new) chips (read his auction detail). 3 of the 5 are far from perfect or new condition. Plus, he has them relisted and I am still waiting for my refund.
