You can't really ignore the "LO" part, Stu... 
() and try to concentrate more on the "Alakan Amber" side of my poker game. At the same time I try to distribute my chips equally and look forward to the next weeks Hold'em game.
However - I did get a book (love the pokerstars FPP system) so I hope that can help me out a bit.
