Sorry, both are parts of a set. The Great Canadian did chips from the Rooster (the first in 93) all the way around again to the Year of the Monkey. I've collected them all. This one is not that great but on other chips the artwork is fantastic.

The Hustler chips are also part of a set. When stacked they make the Hustler logo along the side of the chips.
