This policy change will effectively cancel all "personal" accounts that sell on eBay. Meaning everyone will pay the fees. The next "policy change" will eliminate "personal" accounts all together. We could have a "policy change" that would accept checks from members and all others use a money order. It will be interesting to see how many just drop PayPal or increase their "shipping and handling" to cover the new cost.
