I don't know if this has been posted here before. The chip shown on the top, $20 Fourth Anniversary September 14, 1998, isn't listed in the 10th Edition of THE CHIP RACK. The chip shown on the bottom left is listed as V1638 and the chip shown on the bottom right is listed as V7441. I believe Tally-Ho issued only 3 different $20 chips. Tally-Ho Bar (Gentleman's Club) has been closed for at least a year.
