"Once again, pre-registration is offered to those who would like to eliminate standing in the long lines when the show opens. There will be four lines separated alphabetically to make the process smooth and fast. Your pre-registration envelope will contain your show badge, banquet tickets (if ordered), along with your poker and blackjack confirmations (if you will be participating), a special door prize drawing ticket, and any special coupons, freebies, or give-a-ways that we can obtain."..."Pre-Registration packets can be picked up at the registration desk ONLY between 9AM and 4PM on Wednesday August 3rd, 2005 and during regular registration desk hours on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday."

Therefore, you must pick-up your Pre-Registration Packet on Wednesday between 9:00am and 4:00pm in order to get your hands on the Banquet tickets.
