Hi Ron,

We've been doing this for several years and this is the first bad check we've ever received, and one of the few times I've sent an order to a new customer before getting the payment. The only way I got duped this time was due to the fact that we had already had so much correspondence by email and phone before the actual order took place. There WAS a certain level of trust that had already been established. Thanks for the advise though, you are absolutely correct.
