Mike, Nope, NO annual fee! They just record all of your information and keep it on file. I have used it all over the United States. Never a problem. In fact last May in Denver at the Dollar rental they had a power failure and their computers crashed. I was one of 2 or 3 people who could just drive off without a wait.

$15 for a trailblazer is pretty hard to beat! I might be loyal to Alamo if that happend to me....
