Chips were shipped from Newark and San Fransisco. Why not the Kansas City office of Mason? What was the name of this joint? Why the 427 on it.

The diamond mold chip is from Jack Todd in Kansas City. Someone has scratched PT in the center. I have seen a lot of the diamond mold chips and all have the PT scratched in them. Why no 427 on it?
I would say the club has had a lot of partners.
Who is going to answer all my questions about these chips????????
