Luis, the manufacture of casino chips is not as exacting as minting or lithographic processes are, therefore minor differences are not as important as in coins or stamps. In my opinion the collecting of variations within an issue is usually a matter of preferences more than rarity. As you will note, "error chips" is a much debated subject among collectors. That said, a chip is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
