If you check the earlier posts, you will find a copy of my letter to the gentleman, Capone. Here is his reply. It's not much of an apology and I haven't been to the board to check his claim to retractions (I will) but it's probably as close as we'll come to one.

I am NOT a man to apologize But I did. If you look at the mint bid
history you will see the two retractions. I CANNOT correct the error
because a bid was made! I tried. Also I NEVER made a threat to
destroy my computer!
I said lets forget the entire mess. I will not put those chips on
again.
Let it go! I don't have time for this and I am a believer in three
fold, and enforce it!
Forget about it...... this is a waist of our time.
I have our e mail letters that I can refer too, if need be.
DEMANDS ( extortion ) will only make things worse.
