At least here in Atchison, the cost to mail a bubble mailer, with one chip inside, can run me anywhere from 37¢ upto 60¢ depending on the clerk. But, most of mine run 49¢. I'm sure if someone had to pay the 12¢ difference, they won't get upset with you. Life's too short to worry about 12¢!!
