Shown in the scan below are 5 M&J chips. Values are on the reverse:
Green = 10c
Brown = 25c
Blue = 50c
Red = 5.00
White = 10.00

There is probably a 1.00 chip also but I don't have it.

I bought these chips from Howdy Herz's Gaming Archeaology Auction #23 which closed on September 9, 1997. They were lot #351 and I paid $78.00 for the group of 5 chip.
