I lived in Tucson, AZ from 1987 - 1996. My friend Carla lived in the North-Faced community of A-Mountain.

This community had long been plauged by poisionous scorpions. (My community at Laurel and Fort Dodge, had long been plauged by Black Widows).

Carla's husband and her neighboors, had been hunting the scorpions using "black Lights" for years, and killing them.

By 1997 they noticed the bugs were'nt glowing as bright. By 2000, they noticed that only a quarter of the bugs glowed. By 2005, only about 1% are glowing!

The bugs have adapted!!!
