I propose that we invite IGS's expert representative (and he can bring his books) to the convention along with David Whalen.

If IGS can show us a way to identify David's repairs (100%) then IGS gets to be honorary lifetime members of the club and get the right to market themselves as the CC&GTCC offical chip grading company.

But if they can't identify the repairs 100% they agree to to go away forever, and we reinstate David's membership and make him a life member.
