Charles, CT Bob Ginsburg has the $5 West Indies/South America chip pictured in his book on page 18. He indicates that the chip may have been used in the 1950's or 1960's on any of the Dutch islands in the Caribbean. CJ are the initials of Cliff Jones & JK are the initials of Jake Kozloff who were a part of the operations in a number of casinos in Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten & possibly others. I have no information on the other chip, but it is likely that Ralph Pollack would have it pictured in his Aruba book.
