Re: Casino San Pablo, Indian or not??

Not Indian, never has been and probably will never be. Interested buyers have been Ladbrooks, some Asian Investors, two Greek that won heavily in Nevada and other odds and ends. The Poker side of the casino barely makes the light bill and the Asian (BIG Pai Gow drop) pays for everything else plus profits now and then. A very nice, modern, multi-ethnic (55 Chinese minorities you know!!) Card palace and enjoyable place to have dinner. Just off highway 80 about five minutes north of Oakland/ Emeryville (oaks, King Midas, NWSC Social Club, Key club, and about 30 old card clubs from WII) AND 30 minutes north of San Francisco. NO INDIANS IN SIGHT ...they seem to locate most Calif Indian casinos at least 45 minutes from the next civilized village except those in Palm Springs and a few in So. Calif. Up here, they are off the beaten paths. I kknow, this is a helluva lot more than you wanted to know, but anything to get you to come to the Summer Seminar in July. You could broadcast the lectures back to these chippers on the board DAILY if not minute by minute....great idea of yours....Mel
