As noted by Greg and the Introduction to TCR-6, (+) means value higher than TCR-4 & (-) means value lower than TCR-4. The (+) & (-) are used on the Stock
Exchanges to show an increase or a decrease in the same manner that Ernie intended them to show in TCR-5. He tried the up & down arrows and did not like how they looked. There is not much room left in the column headings--explanations have to be in the introduction. Now, if anyone can tell us how to get collectors to read the introduction?????
