Your "token" was probably dispensed from a .25¢ slot machine and when single bars were lined up, this token in a protective plastic holder, redeemable for $10 at the cage, was paid out instead of 40 quarters. Generally speaking, chip collectors are not interested in them.... but there are quite a few silver strike token collectors who collect these items. Maybe one of them will respond to give you some idea of your token's worth.
