When I was at Caesars Palace a few weeks ago I noticed what looked like a different dollar token in use on the tables. There was a completely blank center on one side. In comparing the other side to some Celine Dion color-tokens on the table, I realized they were the same but the sticker had been peeled off. I don't know whether it was just a player picking at the label, or whether the got so beat up the casino decided to remove the stickers, but they are gradually turning into blank tokens.

The $5 denomination like you showed are used so seldom that I don't think that will happen there. Not used on table games, and all higher-level slots at Caesars are now TITO. You can still get the $5 tokens at the high-limit cage, though.
