I think security would be an issue in that concept. We would definately need to invest in a pretty decent system.

And of course...location, location, location. I'd think a residental location wouldn't be as visable unless it was a corner property on a main street.

Not that it's a bad idea. I think there would need to be some brainstorming to discuss all of the pros and cons. I do think it's worth concidering.
